      As a bank to hold money, FCB is great. 4.5 rounded to 5 stars, as we did once have an issue where a regional manager deposited our check into an account that wasn't ours, but they fixed the problem. Mistakes happen, so okay. However, when it comes to loans... FCB is absolutely ABYSMAL. We tried to have loyalty and get a home loan through them, and it was like they were trying everything they could to NOT give us a loan. We went through Veteran's United, and besides like 2 hiccups that got quickly sorted out, everything went smooth and spectacularly. We got 2 personal loans from FCB for debt consolidation, the first one was great, we sat face to face with a manager, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. We just got a 2nd personal loan today with this office to consolidate our debt, and it was absolutely horrible. Bait and switch, and lies. It was just my wife going in to sign the papers and be done, and things were changed up on us. Interest rate went up, surprise fee tacked on, and somewhere the policy changed between Wednesday and Monday that they can't mail the checks to the accounts for us anymore. She still signed, and we got the loan, but we are now looking at using another bank for our everyday banking. Attempting loans through FCB have been a complete and total disappointment besides that one, single loan.

      Parked in an unmarked space and received a warning for parking in "employee parking." The parking lot is NOT marked appropriately. The bank itself is fine, but customers beware.
