      While they didn't have everything I needed at my visit to Citizens Bank, they were able to put into action what needs to be done. I'd say the workers here go out of their way to provide excellent customer service within the parameters of what they have available at this location. Well done. This location is located in a grocery store. It is not a brick & mortar bank, but sure does have longer hours than one, so is more convenient in that respect.
