  I sent an employee to the bank to get a checking account the bank representatives arrived at my salon with another Company Paycheck of falmouth a man named Kevin I told them to set my employee up with a DBA account they invited her to their office and sold her a corporation and payroll assistance costing her $9000.00 in fees and lost tax return corporate fees and state fees complete over kill a citizens bank product they told her and assisted her In filling out state corporation form on line and told her the answers to questions taking advantage of her lack of knowledge when l found out I went to bank and they more or less told me to take a hike shame on the bank if you want a bank on cape cod never use this bank the only sell bank products they don’t care about you go to a small bank on cape they care about you not the money they screwed a single mom into a big corporation instead of a DBA account Paycheck does not return calls and bank said to bad for you see you later beware of citizens bank
