      Just got off the phone with an employee named Fermooth I think his name was. He was screaming at me and talking down at me because I was wrongly charged twice and it put my accounts into the negative causing me to lose a child support payment that had just been deposited into that negative account. Causing me to lose money, I was very upset and on the verge of tears and he presumed to talk to me in a disrespectful and horrible manor. I will now close my citizens bank accounts and never use them again. This employee should be fired for his lack of helpfulness and the way he talks to customers. I am in the customer service industry and would never speak to a customer the way he spoke to me. Horrible, do not go to this branch. Switching to TD bank.

      I had a wonderful experience opening up my business account! Eleanore was so thorough and helpful through the entire process and even made a follow up call to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I dropped off my paperwork today and Mark made it quick and easy and was so polite. This branch is great!
