      This morning pulled up to drive through sat there for over 5 minutes past 9am , no one even acknoliged I was there , decided to call and was told tubes were down , so I should come inside , seriously couldn’t one of the bank reps get on the speaker and say it wasn’t working

      Waited in the drive through, the only one in the line, for over 15 minutes. Had to go inside to retrieve my check and card. Never got a, please wait or even someone to acknowledge the fact I was there. Went inside, 3 people working inside, 2 people in the bank. This is now the second time I waited, at the drive through line, for over 15 mins. Will not be returning to this branch.
