      Went down to Giant Eagle/ Citizens Bank to see if they could cash my check because the branch in Westview used to cash my check from Express Temp Services. Big fat white lady with glasses and an old wrinkle face lady were soooo rude. Fat lady with glasses told me " This is CITIZENS, NOT BOA." Very condescending as if I don't know how to read their sign above their bank. Don't bank there.

      If people work mon-fri 8 am to 5 pm, and the bank only works 9 am to 4 pm, how do you expect ppl to do banking with you? Or do you want ppl to take time off to come to the bank? You should be open at least till 6 pm on weekdays. Not so happy when i need an urgent service at the branch.
