      If I could give 0 stars I would! I will be looking for a different company to do my banking with both business and personal! Thanks for NOTHING! I was told that I would be approved for a citizens bank business credit card for my company, only to have them hit my credit score and then deny me! FRAUDS!

      Drive thru ignored in favor of lobby customers. No “we’ll be right with you”, certainly no apology offered for waiting for long outside and never being helped. I had hoped To not have to enter the lobby due to being Covid positive, but I was happy to mask up and come inside:
