This bank is the worst. Hours on hold and they say call back on the same phone number to get a different department. Horrible customer service. I spent 1/2 hour on the phone today to be told of course, wrong department and given the same number I called. Bank of America - 5 minutes. This happens over and over. I'm sure you'll have the same experience.

I checked their website to inquire about notary services and it stated that they offered notary at no charge to non customers as well as customers, then I called before going there where I was told no problem for notary, then went in and waited 15 minutes only to be told that they do not do for non customers which is 100% contradictory to what the Citizens website indicates. Not happy and will NEVER use Citizens bank again and will tell everyone I know of my experience.
