      I've had nothing but good experiences here. Every time I have had an issue with my debit card, they have been quick to fix my issue. The reason we bank with Citizens Bank is due to the customer service we received from this branch. Very friendly and helpful.

      This bank is the worst. Hours on hold and they say call back on the same phone number to get a different department. Horrible customer service. I spent 1/2 hour on the phone today to be told of course, wrong department and given the same number I called. Bank of America - 5 minutes. This happens over and over. I'm sure you'll have the same experience.

      Citizens bank is trash. Their customer service is horrible. Do not bank with them. They are the worst bank that I've ever dealt with. The customer service is the absolute worst.
