      WOW after reading the reviews I had to share. I have dealt with Michelle at this branch and she has been nothing but professional on all my calls or visits. I also had an in office visit with a rep. named Luke who was nothing but patient with my concerns. I would only go to this branch because I have experienced poor service at other branches...

      Spoke with a very condescending branch manager named Chris, and a teller named Michelle. These people are apparently not aware that Citizens bank HQ is in Rhode Island, in fact it's common name is Citizens bank of Rhode Island. They are not working with a new business we've set-up because we've formed and registered as a CT LLC. ) tolerance for employees (managers even) that do not know how to do their jobs! Are these guys clueless, or should I pull my business accounts at Citizens?
