      If you want the worst online customer service a bank could offer this is the bank for you, you will be on hold on average of an hour + you will very rarely get a person in the United States. The reps from over seas are rude and don't understand what you are saying. This bank deserves an award for the worst online customer service 😡😡😡 The only way you will ever be treated right by any bank is when the people stop expecting this treatment.
