      Branch is CLOSED on Christmas Eve!!! What a disservice to the community! Im sure employees were happy however as I waited to use the packed ATM I watched customer after customer turned away.

      HORRIBLE SERVICE. lady with glasses and braids tried to rush us while i was translating for my grandfather because he couldn’t speak english. how are they located in a diverse neighborhood but try to rush and be rude to some of us who cannot fully understand english.
