  The line can be long at certain time but I understand some transactions might take longer and need 2nd approval. I Usually go there around 10AM or call them ahead of time when I needed coins for my business. And, I have had no problem at all. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Thao is my favorite. She always smiles and offers help. By the way, They listen to your feedback and take it seriously to improve their services. Thank you !

  Fernanda, one of the tellers there had an extremely rude attitude. My dad went there to get a bank representative signature for a housing application. The housing just wanted a signature of the bank representative, the account number, balance, and interest rate that’s it. Fernanda first made a copy of the paper and said to my dad that they will send a copy to the housing. We were very confused because all she had to do was to look up at our account and write down the information in our account, we told her it will take one minute to do this. She said the citizens bank policy is to send a copy to the address. I do not understand at all. My dad told her it will take one minute to look our information on the database and she refused his service. My dad said the deadline is March 4 how long will they send a copy and she said to my dad “well why did you come late?” With an attitude that was so disgusting. She never answered his question. Mind you we went to the housing appointment today February 17, 2022 and then we came straight to this bank hoping we would get their signature and information filled out. Fernanda did not provide any customer service. Horrible! We went to a different citizen branch and they had no problem filling out our information. Another branch looked up our accounts and wrote the information down on the paper. Horrible service from Fernanda.

  Service here is mediocre. I always end up going all the way to Kendall Square in Cambridge to get things done.
