  Branch management and staff warmly greet customers entering the branch or leaving. They carry themselves in a professional and courteous manner taking whatever steps are needed to help one successfully make their bank transactions. They point out recent technology changes that help make virtual banking more convenient. Automated decisions that can seriously affect ones account and online phone support can be improved. There are long hold times, i've personally waited over 63 minutes to finally get phone support for my business account. The story:The system blocked my business card because of 2 attempts to enter my pin#. This was done in the branch, in front of the teller using the keypad. I was never informed by the teller that my card could potentially be blocked. This was a serious issue that would have affected my business operations, automatic payments for software, etcetera. Because of this block my Architecture design software payment was not processed. I also could not access my online banking to figure out what the problem was. This was when I called and waited 63 minutes for support who then unblocked the card but did not reactivate it. I only found out the next morning it also needed to be reactivated in addition to being unblocked. Phew! The problem still was not fully resolved until I called the branch the next morning and this is when the manager reactivated the card. I fully expressed my dissatisfaction with this being allowed to occur without ever being notified by an email, or phone text, or ultimetly by the teller in branch.
