      Bank hours re reduced during the week making it nearly impossible to get there after work. You better make an appointment to talk with someone. I.went in this morning to open an account for my son. They asked if I had an appointment. I said no I didnt know I needed one. They said you dont but we reccomend you make one. I said.well can anyone help me now. They said no they were short staffed. Complete waste of my time. Terrible customer service experience.

      Be ready for someone sitting in their AML dept. to randomly lock your account for no reason and then no one else could possibly help you for as long as that department is "reviewing" your account. For me it's been nearly 6 weeks and I still don't have access to my own funds. They did the exact same thing to me wife a few months ago. I'm just waiting to get this one resolved and that's the end of my business with Citizens.

      9 out of 10 times I come here to deposit cash, the ATM isn't working at all or isn't accepting cash. Especially around the 1st of the month when rent is due. Very frustrating when you work during normal business hours, and need a functioning ATM on nights and weekends.
