      I,ve been coming here for years from there last location on Greenfield and when they moved to this location on Coolidge in Oak Park Mi. All the employees always very nice, polite and helpful and never rude.

      Been waiting over a hr to open a account nobody acknowledged me. I left. horrible customer service. One lady kept going in n out her office she purposely didn't look my way to acknowledge me or didn't ask what I was waiting for. TERRIBLE

      This has to be the worst bank I have ever dealt with in for my business. I would give zero stars if they let me. I run a business that opens at 930 go to a branch at 9 to find out Citizens don't open till 10 am. Second their merchant services has to be the worst for helping out if you have questions and after they sign you up for a credit card machine good luck getting the sales person on the phone to help you out. We had a problem with batching I called and emailed the merchant services and sales person with no one able to help me out and my partner had done the same for a week with no help...... If your a business and thinking of using this bank stay FAR FAR AWAY THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
