      I've been dealing with Mellon/Citizens for 40 years and have always been able to count on them for good service and good advice when needed. They have recently closed two of the three branches within twenty miles of my home and I have concerns about my future with them.

      Matt, the bank manager, treats long time customers like s**t. I suspect it's short man's disease. Only has power at the bank. I have driven to the branch in Lower Burrell to avoid him making a fuss and turning something simple into a nightmare. Time to switch banks.

      I opened an account prior and deposited a check 3/30 into my checking account but was told MY MONEY won't be available to me until 4/4. So here it is 4/7 and I still have NO ACCESS.
