      I had a very pleasant experience at this location today. The long-haired red-headed gentleman, whose name I did not catch, was very helpful and kind. Will come to this location again for my banking needs.

      Monroeville branch is the worst bank I've ever dealt with , I have never had a smooth transaction at that bank they have shorted me at the ATM drive-thru, they have given my new debit card numbers to people with old debit cards, the manager there ignored me when I tried to explain a problem to her. So I have taken out all my money and I will never have any more dealings with Citizens Bank.

      Company has very poor communication. I would never refer any business to Citizens. They do everything they can to establish an account with you. The moment you sign your signature cards. The relationship completely disappears. If you are a small business I would suggest working with a bank that specializes in business banking.
