      Absolutely terrible. Not just the branch but Citizens as a whole. I have made FIVE (5) attempts now to change my address. The first attempt was on the phone. Change didn't take at all. Second was on the phone. Got the address wrong. Tried once in plum borough and they refused to give me paperwork for my change of address and the address was wrong. This place was my fourth (4) attempt they printed my bank statement refused to mail it and STILL got the address wrong! I don't usually get this upset but is this the standard for society now? I'm going to have to miss work over this and to say I am fed up is to say the ocean is damp. It's ONE LINE of text, how hard can it be? I will never, ever recommend any Citizens to anyone. Ever.
