  This review is a bit overdue. I wanted to write a personal review of Lindsy V (Branch Manager) and Kathy K (SB Relationship Banker). I had to set up a Small Business Account just as the Cover-19 Pandemic was starting & I was moving out of the continental US. I had to pull up my flight by a week & was up for about 36 hours straight trying to complete packing up my house before renting it during my time abroad. What a difficult & stressful time to move/set up any requirements for renting my place out, right? However, Lindsy and Kathy were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help. They knew this was new territory for me & had a ton of questions, were very professional and covered everything I needed very quickly. When I had to stop by for Step 2 (which required additional info from the new tenants), Kathy had everything prepared and the additional stop took all of 2 minutes. This was so helpful as I was literally coming down to the wire before travel. Kathy even followed up with me the following week to make sure travel went well, I could access everything online and if there was anything else that I needed. Absolutely recommend this branch and will always be grateful for their help during such a stressful time!
