      I was told by the bank teller to call citizens phone number to fix my zelle and at the same time my zelle account told me to go to my local branch witch I did and the lady over the counter was not friendly or listen to a word I was telling her. I made appointment and I was never seen at that time. Now I have to go back to citizens bank to finally fix my zelle account. Very disappointed in how customer care is lately concerning I never had this problem before and people need to know more info for there company

      Horrible customer service. Never going back there again. I went and ordered new checks not knowing how to ask for them because this is the first time I've had to get more checks in years. I asked for a "check book" and she gave me a rude response and then I said I needed to write more checks and then she asked if I've ever written checks before. The lady was just very rude.
