      I wanted to get a small loan. Called One Main Financial and was directed to Jen by Zoie. After speaking with Jen, she advised me of the documents that would be needed. Jen would send me an email & I could go from there. I had a question so I called back. Jen was not available but the Manager Christopher answered all my questions and then some. Soon after that Jen called me, and together we completed the loan process. Everyone in that office should be commended for their excellent customer service. The most important thing is the customer and Jen made me feel very comfortable. Thank you, Jen, Zoie & of course, Christopher for having such conscientious people working for you.

      This is an absolute nightmare. To keep a long story short, there have been multiple back to back issues, day after day trying to obtain paperwork, including folks at the branch all the way up to the district manager. When calling and asking for someone to wait 10 minutes after close, so I may reach the office after work to finally obtain this paperwork and verify that they have resolved the issue, I received a decisive, "Nope." Not even an apologetic, "I'm sorry, we cannot." Just flat out, "Nope." I'll save the full details for OneMain, should they wish to reach out.

      Concord office was good BUT and a BIG BUT I have a title they held and now over a month and NO TITLE !! It has now cost me the sale of the motorcycle because they have NOT supplied me with my title OVER A MONTH< almost TWO. I would stay away from them as the branch and corporate are operating on two different levels. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!
