      This is one of my favorite locations specifically because of this one woman. She is such a sweetheart. I wish I could remember her name. She is always so much patience with me and is always so friendly

      The local staff are nice, but the staff overseeing the conversion are rude and condescending. Take any older reviews with a dose of salt - this is a new bank and the older reviews are from when it was hsbc.
