So I waited several months to write this review because I was apprehensive to join this bank given some of the previous reviews. My family of 4 switched over to this location because the Lake Grove location closed. We are very happy with this branch. We needed to switch over and condense all of our accounts, open a new account and move our things to a new safety deposit box. When our daughter had to do her taxes for the first time this year she went to get a bank check with no problem. We've easily walked in to get papers notarized. We have dealt with several staff members with all these changes. Everyone who has helped us has been pleasant, courteous, professional and most helpful. They know us as a family and their services and hours are great. We highly recommend this branch.

I have been a TD customer for several years now. When this branch first opened and TD was of the newer banks around, they seemed to have a competitive edge over others in the area. Longer hours make it more convenient for people to access banking options at off hours. The staff service has steadily declined over the years. I personally have waited 15-20 minutes to speak with someone in the office area and I was the only customer in the bank. TD started added ridiculous fees for everything that I have never seen before. I do not need to put my money in a bank that is going to charge me a fee to keep my money there. Lastly, there is no drive-up ATM access. If you need access to an ATM, it's old school get out of your car, go in to this little confined area with other strangers waiting right behind you while you just removed large sums of cash from the machine. Not uncomfortable at all. SMH.
