      They have always been friendly, courteous, patient, and efficient as well as seemingly committed to taking care of intricate needs. I don't like banking online, so I appreciate the personal attention I get.

      This citizens bank is the worst one by far in the area under staff slow the lanky arm man is rude , the lady over worked with an attitude 40 min in line just to get to them for them to be rude.

      The wyomissing branch is terrible. The worst service I ever received since I've been banking with citizens. I went there on 2/20/21 I almost closed my account due to the service I received but I remembered the other branches have outstanding customer services. The teller wasn't so bad but the banker OMG terrible giving me a hard time to get my own money out I'm very surprised she didn't ask for my finger prints . My issues is I've been to branch in the past withdrawn large amount before the teller I dealt before was very nice , courteous & the transaction was smooth.
