  I had the worst experience at this place! I’ve never ever had any problem at any bank when I try to get a cash advance on my credit cards. However , from the moment I walked in to this bank, Kathy, decided she was going to make it so difficult for me to access my money. I had proper I.D , furthermore, I’ve done this before at this bank. I was treated like a nuisance! I asked her to explain why she “couldn’t do it” and she asked me to “step aside” for the next customer. I was a customer inside of Citizens Bank and she was useless. I drove to the Citizens Bank on Greenwich and everything went smoothly, I was in and out. It’s a shame that any customer anywhere has to deal with a horrible attitude from someone who is supposed to be helpful. I truly hope you see this and think about the way you treat people. I’m trying to be articulate and classy because that is always the manor In which I conduct myself, However, Kathy completely ruined my day and I will never revisit that store again. I do not recommend you go either. Kathy, I hope you stub your toe!

  Rather go to any other location besides this one, it’s less than unhelpful and they do not mind talking about your personal business after you leave. They don’t have to worry about me ever asking for their service at this location again.
