      My experience was very different than the other reviewer"s. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. Arsi, the woman I worked closely with (a complicated transaction) was patient, professional and knowledgeble. She truely went above and beyond!

      0 starts. overdrafted, so i went with my other card to ATM to take cash out to reconsile. ATM ate my card because i owed them money. lost my id recently and was planning to buy a new one. they wouldnt give me my card because i didnt have my ID, though they obviously knew who i was had my id on file and i live across the street. manager Joy was extremely unprofessional and refused to help in any way. definitely closing my account with these a-holes. f u citizens bank.
