      The young man from Wynnewood branch confronted me about a survey of the Wynnewood branch service I took about "a month ago". The associates' confrontation concerning my survey was so intense and defensive, you would've thought I completed the survey just yesterday.🤔 And they couldn't even remember what I submitted in the survey they asked me about. I will post this publicly for any other associate of Citizens Bank that may be in the same boat. 1 Being natural and Genuine ensures a pleasant experience for bankers. Pretending to know a person by looking up their personal info is unnecessary. 2 Take or leave an opinion, or both. They are subjective And not be disputed. Customer should never been singled out because their experiences at your branch offend you. 3 Only ask one time why a person is closingTHEIR account. Bankers owe no one an explanation as to why they're moving THEIR $$$/CHUMP CHANGE. Be happy you got to service them when you could.
