      Another excellent experience at this bank. I’ve been a citizen’s bank business customer for over ten years. And since then I’ve seen multiple managers and staff come and go at this branch. But the new manager and her staff for the last two years have made a big difference. Very professional and welcoming . Highly recommend this branch.

      My check got stuck in atm machine After making a claim on the phone and writing down the information I was supposed to give to the branch manager, a lady got the paper with the information and showed to the manager (which I talked before and she knew my situation) the manager did a sign with hand like “through it away” in front of me,, Never seen people eating In their desks in costumers presents 3-rd time I’m going to this branch and never get solved something Roslindale branch should be closed or change the manager
