  We are so pleased to work with Jeffrey Kilgore at our local bank . He went out of his way to help us to get a student loan . I highly recommend this loan officer and this bank .

  On Thurs 2/24/22, around 11am, I spent over 45 minutes trying to reach someone, anyone, at two local Citizens branches before a person actually answered the phone. After finally reaching a rep, I asked if they process US Series EE Savings Bonds, as I have always redeemed EE bonds at my bank in the past. I was told "Not anymore, you'll have to download a form from the "IRS website", get your signature notarized, and then send them out in the mail". I questioned "IRS website?", and suggested maybe Treasury Direct was what was meant, and eventually the person agreed. I was then also told that "NO banks in WNY process EE Savings Bonds anymore". I then called another local bank, where I don't currently have an account. The phone was answered immediately, and I was told "Yes, we do process EE Bonds for our account holders". We obviously chose the wrong bank when we consolidated multiple checking accounts several years ago. Perhaps Citizens Bank can save some money if they'd reduce their annoying WEEKLY mailings for home equity loans (that we have no interest in), and redirect some of those funds toward services their clients actually need, and perhaps some personnel to answer the phones.

  Its saturday, im a single dad trying to get quarters to wash my 6 month olds laundry.. but i cant because its "this banks corporate policy" to not help people if they dont have an account?... this is todays america all for one none for all. Cheap corporate bs
