      I filed a claim 2 months ago and every time I call no one is able to give me an update Worse customer services. I was a banker for 8 years I never see any bank with that lack of respect for they client.

      Worst bank ever. Run like the wind from this bank. I pay my mortgage one week EARLY, every month via my bank's online banking. Because I missed adding the escrow increase of $93, they put my mortgage payment toward the Principal and didn't tell me. Then, the first call I get is from their COLLECTIONS department! No email, no text message, no USPS note, to let me know that there is a problem. I am now moving my mortgage loans to another bank and will always steer my business contacts away from this terrible institution.
