The branch manager Mr.Powell, T, is most humble, down to earth person, a customer can ask for. I always use this branch because him.

This review is not for this branch but the bank as a whole. They are by far the worst think I have ever done with they send you promotions promising money but then when you fulfill the requirements asked of you they deny giving you the money. Good luck trying to call customer service because it will take you over an hour every time to get through, and if they tell you that a supervisor or manager will call you back that's a lie. Also just their functionality alone is quite horrible. I would not recommend this bank even to my worst enemy.
