      This is probably the worst bank you could ever have. They leave you on hold. They keep checks on hold when they say they should go through immediately. Twice they have cut off our cards for no reason and sent us new ones that don't arrive for weeks. Their customer service is horrible. We recommend Chime. It's much better and they at least pretend to care about their clients. I'd even take Bank of America over this awful business!
