      Had one of the worst experiences I've ever experienced that a Citizens Bank branch. At first their system erroneously flagged my valid paycheck as being some sort of a "duplicate" then Brandy Thomas the manager said that she refused to deposit it because of the signature on the check. I had to seriously go get my employer (who was luckily with me that day), inconvenience him to walk into the store to verify that yes that was actually my paycheck. Then the icing on the cake I go to use my card the next day and I'm told my card is declined. Everywhere I go my card gets declined. Apparently my card had been shut off for multiple incorrect pin attempts at that particular branch. I ABSOLUTELY 100% remember entering my pin at the branch ONE TIME and they were able to access my account. When I called the branch to try to solve the problem, to find out what had happened, and was my card at risk. Brandy Thomas, the manager seemed unconcerned, and told me that she had other appointments to attend to, probably one of the rudest Citizens Bank employees I have EVER come across.
