      Hi I was calling about my loan application and I was waiting on phone fir 10 min and someone finally answered my call and she said is it Margaret, I said no and she literally hang up on me. So she won't ask me why you r calling and how can I help you? Nothing. I call again and then someone else answered and he asked for name, phone number and even social security number!!!!!!!. So do we need to give SSN to talk to someone at bank????? REALLY. WORST EXPERIENCE.
