      This branch is amazing! Friendly staff. Great service. I love Citizens and couldn't imagine working with anyone else. The location is incredibly convenient as well, since I work right up the road and go into that Acme all the time for groceries. 10/10!

      I tried to open account on Saturday was told they had a business account opening so they couldn't help me come back Monday I go back to open today said the woman was on phone and it be 10 minutes I walked out after 35 minutes went to 53rd and was helped right away sorry Citizen back your loss i was trying to deposit $40.000 dollar insurance check your loss .After thinking about it if this is the way you treat new customers I wouldn't want to do business with you anyway
