  After being told we didn’t need an appointment from Huntington’s customer service, then turned away at the Manchester Road location, I was ready to open our account at Chase, but decided to try another branch first. Brandon, at the Barberton location made time for us to open an account. I am extremely grateful for his understanding of our time while we also understood his, and we appreciated kindness as well.

  I when in the branch to start a business account being that I already have a account there no one was in line none of the mangers or desk personnel had anyone at there desk to of the desk personnel was standing in the middle of the floor having a conversation when I walked in,(that's how busy they were) when the manager who didn't have anyone at her desk told me that I had to make a appointment to open a business account and that they would be busy all this week so it would have to be the weekend or next week. This was on Monday. FOR REAL ARE YOU SERIOUSLY GOING TO MAKE ME WAIT THAT LONG. I'm soon but I went to another bank. Maybe they want all of my business 🤔.
