      Go to another bank. This staff it’s a joke, they messed up with your money all the time. And when they need to fix their own mistake they just ignore you, and treat you really bad. In five years with this bank, I’ve never had the treatment I got today, they deposit my pay check back to my business account instead of my personal account. Thanks to this staff I’m gonna pay double taxes, and they just didn’t want to fix it, they are a joke, worse customer service ever. Don’t trust your fund to this branch. Just Ridiculous

      Stood in line for 20 minutes. I was next in line, just watched every employee leave the front desk with ~10 people in line to go in the back room. They didn’t acknowledge any of us, just kinda left us waiting there. They were super attentive to the guy delivering their pizza though which was borderline comedic as they rushed out to grab the pizza then ditched the entire line of customers. Not that citizens has ever been known for customer service but if they’re going to take so much money from me every year it’d be cool if they ever attended their counters for more than their apparent 5 minute/2 customer limit every day. I’d leave this bank if it wasn’t so hard to switch accounts over to a new bank. Thanks shitizens bank <3
