  My name is Janet and I would like to thank the staff at the citizen's bank in the stop n shop in Whitman mass, every month I go their n cash my state retirement check and they cash it without any problems. The fact that I don't even have an account with them they still cash my check. My own bank Rockland trust and bank of America will not cash them even though it's government state check n by law they are required to. Citizen bank in Whitman staff are respectful, professional, and curtious everytime I go their. Keep up the great work !!

  I had an issue with the branch manager stating that he would assist try to assist me with an issue with my checking account when I had the time. When I went back 10 days later, he was at lunch . I asked for him to call me back by the end of the day and he didn’t. Almost by the end of the next day, I still hadn’t heard from him so I called. When I spoke with him, he acted as if he never said anything to me about helping me in any way! I said why did you bother to tell me to came back and talk to you if there wasn’t anything you could do for me and give me your card? I ended up hanging up on him and calling corporate. I am NEVER going back to that branch again!
