I’m somewhat surprised at some of these reviews. While my main branch is the one in Hanson (and a wonderful location), I often come here because I’m in the area or have a lot of coins and need the counting machine. I have interacted with tellers and a manager and all were great, especially the manager (Dalia, I think?), who helped me with a number of unique questions. Will continue to come here as needed.

When it was mutual bank, was a top notch customer forward bank. North Easton bank is a 180 change from that enlightened position. Strongly encourage you to find a different bank for your needs. Lots of hidden fees and good luck ever having to slightly modify any loans.
