      This place got the most rudest staff I tried to cash out my check but the employee ona said I couldn’t not , not only that but didn’t even allow me to deposit my check .. she was very rude and disrespectful it would be my last time being with citizen bank.

      Car Was stolen out the parking lot while in bank for 2 hours disputing a issue. Crack heads hanging all outside begging. Do not open a account here. They auto close the account after no activity even if you have money in your savings they will use it to pay a monthly fee for no account activity. Got tricked out of my $200 promo. They had a error with there ATM which took money out my account but no cash dispensed had to wait 3-5 business days for error to be reversed due to an error with there atm machine!! I repeat go to Esl or Chase bank!!
