      The bank employees themselves are awesome BUT.......I applied for a credit card because I was told I would get 18 months interest free on purchases. WELL.....i get my card make a purchase and next thing you know I'm being charged interest. I call customer service and they tell me....oh no interest free is for balance transfers only. They tell me they can't credit the interest, even though I was told interest free for 18 months, cause the card was for balance transfers only, even though I was told different by an employee. Might just have to start looking elsewhere to do my banking with if that's how they lie to customers. Mind ya now it was a very large purchase because of believing it was interest free and it would have been paid off in time.
