  I got to their location a few minutes before ten and they refused to help me. Now if you were behind getting ready, fine I guess. But there are three of you sitting there chatting, so I have a very hard time believing you couldn't practice the great customer service you boast and help me a little early. I get if I showed up an hour early, but it wasn't that early. Don't be rude to a working mother just because she happened to get to you a few minutes before 10.

  I opened accounts here to take advantage of a promotion. I’ll probably close the accounts soon, their app is buggy and the location nearest to me is always backed up. I’ve been in line 15 minutes as I write this review. The whole “bank in a grocery store” idea isn’t really convenient if you always have an extended wait. UPDATED 12/4/21: I’ve updated this review to 1 star (was 2 stars). I have an iPhone 13 and newest iOS and the app is still horrible, crashes regularly, and nobody seems to care. That’s nothing new, I’m downgrading my rating due to another poor experience at this branch. I requested a cash withdrawal for an upcoming purchase, and they told me they didn’t have large bills. A bank without money I guess. I went with an official check but they charged me $10. Again, because they didn’t have cash? So I called and complained, was told they’d file a complaint, and never heard anything else again. I’ve finally made all arrangements to close my Citizens accounts very soon. Hopefully you read this review and don’t consider this bank in the first place. Cons: - Poor Service - Terrible App - Unresponsive support - despite being in a grocery store, extremely inconvenient - “don’t have large bills” ?? Pros: The Thorndale branch is located inside Acme that sells alcohol. You’re going to want at least a 6 pack if you plan on dealing with these JO’s.
