      It has been a journey for sure since Suncrest Bank has changed to Citizens Bank, but the team from Suncrest has done a great job taking on the task! I want to recognize 3 particular women that have stood out and has made the transition just that much easier! Lissette Lopez, Brooke Reed and Cathy Huff have kept the Suncrest customer service alive that everyone is very used to. Each of these fabulous ladies ALWAYS smile when I come in, even if they have had a hard day. They have gone above and beyond for me with anything I need without even hesitating! This kind of customer service doesn't exist much anymore. This is why they deserve a huge SHOUT OUT for keeping it alive! Thank you ladies for all you do, I am always so grateful!
