This bank is the worst. I had went to use my card at gas station and it would not go through. Checked my account and it was 1500.00 in the hole. This was on a Monday. I called right away at 8 am spoke with the president of the bank. Was told that if the money was not in my account by 10am he would send back my rent. I was so lost why 2 rent checks would come out at the same time. He told me not his problem. I got the money to cover rent. Still was so lost how I messed up that bad. Went to put money in at the end of the week and my account had way more money in it. I asked how this was possible. Was told that the system had messed up Monday and nothing was wrong with my account. Now you think if they would have spent just a little time and looked at it would have saved me a lot of worry.
