      This bank refuses to turn a check from one of their clients into a cashier's check, or cash it. They refuse to say if that is because the account is overdrawn. Instead their response is "to deposit the check in your bank and if there are any issues you will need to talk to the check writer". Very unhelpful. I had considered using this bank, but with their lack of helpfulness I will certainly not be bringing my business there.
