  My wife and I used Wells Fargo for a loan, after having them for years with our prior home. When we decided to move to The Villages, Wells Fargo couldn't complete our loan in time, after they promised all was well. Citizens overnighted paperwork, and findished the loan within 8 business days. I was very impressed with their level of service, and they delivered on all arranged agreements.

  During loan Process they very disorganized. The two times I have taken out loans with them the figures were all wrong and I caught there large mistakes myself twice. They are very overworked and take on way to much per agent. The after care from the bank itself outstanding. Always right on the money with answers. I would still use them again but would;d not trust there computations alone.

  My loan was transferred to Citizen's First from Magnolia Bank about a year ago. Citizen's First is awful to deal with. When you call you can't talk with a loan officer. You get an answering service that forwards your request and says that someone will call you within 24-48 hours, so you can never resolve anything the same day. I've been hung up on and sometimes I never get a call back. Their statements are consistently late and they're too cheap to even give you an envelope to send your payment in. I also ran into trouble getting my home insurance paid. I would rate them zero stars if I could.
