Love this bank my card was compromised and they gave me a nuber to call and get remberst and when tjat happend they gave me the o et draft fee back great bank love yall

I opened my account and would've been 2yrs now. I had some health issues and auto payments came out and after asking many times to not allow my acct to go negative, fees piled up and the account was closed. I tried to work with the bank to make it right. I made my way up to corporate office staff and they said they'd absorb the fees keep my account closed and not report to credit and check systems. I asked, if you'll absorb the fees then why not work with me to reduce the fees to allow me to continue my banking? No response from the corporate office. I've been asking for my 19 bank statements for most of this year and when I called and said if I don't get my statements I'll go to the folks who monitor bank practices. I got my statements the same day. This unethical practice is not cool at all. Beware of CNB, they welcome you with a sweet southern smile but turn on a dime when you call them out!
