Switch It was fast and efficient on my new title exchange. They sent regular e-mail updates so I always new the progress. Alan the manager and the entire staff there are amazing. After the title work was complete it was realized the old owner needed to do some paperwork to allow me to use a already booked week. He took care of this so fast it was done before I checked my email next. Lol I cant thank him and Diane there enough for their fast service along with updates during the process. I highly recommend them. 10 stars but the Google star rating only goes up to 5. Lol Great job guys n again I can't thank you all enough. Now I can't wait to go to!!

Not sure why after two years (since Feb 2019) nothing has been completed. I have called/emailed several times, even tried to contact them via Facebook. So as far as I know, I am still stuck with my timeshare they have not completed the deed paperwork and now I belong to a Travel Club! Seriously, I do NOT recommend this company at all.

I would like to thank Alan and the whole staff at Switch It for getting me out of 3 timeshare properties. At times it didn't always go as Alan thought it may,A buyer backing out, (No fault of Alan's) but with patience it all eventually worked out. Alan even talked one of the resorts into a deal that saved me $1000.00 on transfer fees which he didn't have to do and I greatly appreciate. I know every case is different but my experience with Switch It was AAA+++ 5 Stars!!!! With so many scams out there I am certainly glad that I was referred to Switch It, Jeff Shiflett
