      Not happy with the way they treat you like a criminal. Mom my went to open a account and cash a check from a different bank from a different state and the lady in the office said no because it will bounce. Didn't even give my mother and I the time of day. I will be closing my account and going somewhere else. I will be getting the lady in the back right corner name and will be making a complaint. Very rude and unprofessional.
